Football Super Agent to Finalise Youngster's Future at Milan With Announcement Imminent

AC Milan v AS Roma - Serie A

Football super agent Mino Raiola is set to meet AC Milan officials at some point on Thursday to finalise the future of his client Gianluigi Donnarumma, with an announcement hopefully to be made the same day.

As reported by Football Italia, an offer of €4m-per-season (rising to €5m) is on the table from the club to the youngster, who is out of contract at the San Siro in 2018 - and the agent wants to make sure a release clause is inserted.
Donnarumma is one of world football's most exciting prospects, having emerged as an unbelievably mature head for one so young over the past couple of seasons in Milan's first team.

He is frequently compared to his namesake Gianluigi Buffon, and could eventually make a big money move elsewhere, just as the legend did for record money in 2001 - Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are all said to be interested in the 18-year-old.

Should Raiola get his wish and negotiate a release clause that record of €51m would likely be shattered if ever triggered.
Raiola, who also manages Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is understood by Gazzetta dello Sport (via Football Italia) to be unhappy at the amount of pressure that has been put on his client to sign a new deal with the Rossoneri.

Apparently he is all about getting the release clause into the deal, and hasn't actually discussed his client's wages with the club yet, so he'll have to work fast on that if he is to announce anything imminently to the footballing world.
