The session took place on the central pitch at Milanello and got underway with a warm-up consisting of running and exercises for the lower body.
Wednesday’s session continued with fitness drills split in three groups and possession exercises on a reduced size pitch. The session came to a close with further fitness work.
Individuals: Mexes trained with his team-mates. Montolivo trained apart. Bacca worked-out in the gym. Luiz Adriano followed an individual training programme on the upper pitch.
