Reports: Leicester City make €16 million offer for Niang, Milan expected to answer back on Friday

M’Baye Niang could leave Milan as the Rossoneri are apparently considering what to tell the EPL side.

The 21-year-old Frenchman is having his best Milan season since making the move from Caen in 2012 and it seems that his good, albeit inconsistent, performances have caught the eyes of Leicester City.

The Foxes, who are currently sitting at the top of the Premier League table, are looking to add attacking options to their squad and after missing out on Eder, they’ve now targeted Niang.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Italia & La Gazzetta dello Sport, talks between Milan and Leicester are underway and the EPL side has offered €16 million on Thursday night. il Diavolo took the night to consider what to do and are expected to give them a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ later on Friday.

Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic is very fond of Niang and has used him often as Carlos Bacca’s partner and it remains to be seen what Milan will do. Genoa’s Pavoletti could be a replacement for him.
