Bayern
Munich are reportedly in the midst of readying a significant offer for
highly-rated AC Milan forward Carlos Bacca, whose goal-scoring exploits
have caught their attention.
The former Sevilla player has been one of the Rossoneri’s shrewd
investments over the summer justifying his worth by scoring a total of
14 goals in 30 appearances this season as Milan continue to push for a
European spot.
As reported by Tuttosport, the German giants are willing to
pay the Diavolo €30 million and offer the 29-year-old a four-year
contract worth €5 million a year as they look to secure his services,
whilst fending off other suitors which include Premier League duo
Manchester United and Chelsea.
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani, however, wants the Bavarians
to increase their offer to €35 million if they are to have a chance of
snapping up the Colombian international.
Bacca is a two-time Europa League winner with Sevilla and in 2015
Milan activated his buyout clause of €30 million which saw him swap
Spain for Serie A.
