AC Milan Rejected Massive Offer For Chelsea Target

Serie A giants AC Milan reportedly rejected a £46.5Million offer for Chelsea and Real Madrid target Carlos Bacca.

The Express have reported that according to ITA Sport Press Bacca was a summer transfer target for both sides, but a deal to secure the AC Milan striker’s services was not reached by any club.
The 29-year-old has started to find his feet in Milan having registered nine goals in his last twelve games in Serie A.

The forward was bought from Spanish outfit Sevilla last summer, and has now become an integral part of the Milan set-up.

Despite the vast bid for Bacca, the club did not wish to reveal which club actually bid for the striker, fuelling speculation surrounding the sides interested in signing the prolific forward.

The signing of Bacca would probably have been a welcome one by Chelsea, as injury problems have restricted back up strikers Radamel Falcao and Loic Remy from any serious game time so far this season
